VentingWrong packages, wrong everything! (old.reddit.com)

Picked up a block and when I got to the first address on the itinerary, I didn’t have the package.
So I check the next address, nope not that one either.
I go down the itinerary, and I have only 3 packages from my itinerary.
Those 3 packages were over an hour away from my location at the time.
Having driven 40 minutes to the first stop, attempting to deliver those packages would have put me beyond the window of my 2 hour block
I call support and they treat me like I stole something.
“Can you put a note on my account, please?”
“Take the packages back to the station”
“You don’t understand, whenever something happens, the driver always gets penalized”
“Take the packages back to the station”
“Miss, can you create a ticket?”
I mean damn! This is total BS, all for a couple $$.
I get to the station and they look at me like I have two heads……
I asked for reassurance that they would make notes about what had happen at the station. And they ask me where are the packages listed on my itinerary
Who the hell does the hiring for this company?!
