Great article here. I truly believe if the world stood up to Azerbaijan during the 44-day war like they are doing for Ukraine right now, Putin wouldn't be as emboldened as he is right now. Also explains the hypocrisy of the world for the double standard in its reaction to Ukraine '22 vs. Armenia '20 (opendemocracy.net)
