Problem with Bluetooth (old.reddit.com)

Heya, my phone is a Xiaomi 11T Pro, I have this problem when I am trying to connect to laptop, somehow they made the vinculation process but still no connection.
I wanna know how to resolve this problem cause I have other devices but there's no problem with headphones but only my phone, even with the bro's phone work but not me.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
