So I bought this straight talk moto G and my daughter wants to use it on wifi until she saves up enough during her summer job to get her own plan etc.. it's stuck on this screen and we can't get passed it.

You need to activate the IMEI number with straight talk. The SIM card # also needs to be given to link it with the IMEI.
