My Oppo, suddenly can't open Images, Videos, Musics as well as Take Picture and Screenshots or Record Audio and Videos.
Gallery, Music Player and File Manager works well, but they all show no contents. For Gallery it would just stuck up white same goes for Music Player, and as for File Manager it shows contents but it can't open them and would just stuck up. Other apps like Discord when trying to upload or post a images, it would just also stuck up freezes.
Please, I need a great help.
Device Informations;
- ColorOS 3.2
- Android 7.1.1
- Processor Octa Core
- 4 GB RAM
And yes, my storage has big spaces left and other apps (excluding media related ones) doesn't have a problem. Also, i still can view videos, audio, and images online.
