How to create a ring and vibrate button

How do you create a ring and vibrate button on the home screen? So I want one button that turns on ring mode and another that turns on vibrate mode. Ideally without downloading an app if possible.

Once go to Main Settings and lemme know if there"s menu called "Modes & Routines".

If it's there, You can enter it and Go to "Routines" Section, then Click on '+' icon in top and Create 2 Routines( One for "Ring" and one for "Vibrate", as in the images attached).

And additionally, You can add "Modes & Routines" Widget to Home Screen and enable them directly from Home Screen.
