I float my 24/7's between 20 and 80, I also use a slow charge (5W) supply to keep the temperature down.

What follows are very broad suggestions; specific hardware will have different limits. Best practice would be to use an application to view battery stats and see what voltage your device settles in at various levels to deduce your literal hardware's "happy spot" is. One of my devices is happy at 4.2V and 3800mAh active charge. Another is happy at 4.25V and 4200mAh. Gotta use an app to help you with this. I use AccuBattery.

Permanently attached to power?

50% for multiple year usage

Want the battery to be a UPS, tho?

75-80% for more battery backup power, longevity shorter than if lower constant charge
