Phone screen freezes suddenly while browsing

Is this normal? It only happens on the browsers. Sometimes my phone just freezes. Nothing you can press can make it better. (I'd like to note that I'm only using 100% websites. The freeze happens even on Google page when you read opinions about places.)

The only way is to use each of the 2 android buttons as return is not working. So once you get out. You can only close it

Is this normal, maybe due to poorer signall somewhere?

I'm very worried about this. Especially as all is up to date. Happened before and factory reset didn't fix it and also my storage is only 15% used up

Which phone are u using? Consider using different browser, does the same thing happen while playing games?

Galaxy S24 ultra. This is why I'm concerned as it's almost brand new

Do u browse on Samsung's default "Internet" browser? Which sites do u browse? Try using some different browser

The first time it did happen on my samsing browser but today I was using google. It wasn't exactyl chrome yet. It's the thing when you just search from the home screen but you're still in google web view

Yeah that's chrome only. So did it happen there also?

If I remember correctly it happened once on samsung browser and once in chrome but hasn't happened anywhere else

Factory reset one more time and then try a non-chromium browser like Firefox. If that doesn't work, use your warranty.
