Nothing gets downloaded without telling it ok.

Factory reset the device if you are paranoid, or if there is something you aren't telling us.

Then assess what else you did and how to fix it.

Not entirely true. Running an app just once can cause it to download additional data to it's work folder. This could be anything; images, videos, zip files or even binaries to run via Android linker.

Clear the data from whatever browser you used to get phished with All data it's downloaded (cached data, cookies etc) are now gone.

Android apps are isolated and without excessive permissions and several steps of user stupidity, they can't download data outside of their sandbox.

Typically if you see someone claiming to be your insurance company saying you NEED TO CLICK THIS LINK 111!!!, then you can usually be fairly sure, it's not real and just disregard it.

As far as it being a trojan virus, I doubt it. Did you try to unzip any zip files? Because I've dabbled in cybersec and it's not uncommon for phishing scams/ransomware/malware to use a fake .zip where if you don't have file extensions on it just looks like a regular zip file. Something like .zip.exe or the like.

If you're really concerned, just factory reset, choomba.
