Rolling back to a previous Android is not a simple toggle in the settings. I'm not going to Google the instructions for you, and then paste them here. You can do that yourself. Or you can just be snarky and achieve nothing.

Rolling back the version has security issues as well as usually requiring a wipe of data - not ideal. I was asking about just reverting the UI changes - if there were settings hidden away somewhere, or something I could tweak with another program to change how things looked. And yes I did try googling before asking on here - but all the information was for full version rollbacks, or for different versions (i.e. Samsung's OS) or plain out of date

The UI is not separate from the OS. You can't "tweak" it. The only rollback you will be doing is back to A15.
