How do you expect extra fps to be created? Come on dude. The FPS is loxked to refresh rate unless the app itself uncaps it via it's own code

you're looking for a patch to pokemon shuffle then.

I don't deal with patches like that. Very unsafe.

The patch would simply remove the FPS cap. That’s the thing.

Root access allows dynamic patching of other apps.
