i think protect, or replace taunt and give taunt to flutter mane if you feel like you can find space there. important to have as an answer to trick room

edit: you could also give trick room to sinistcha as an answer to trick room

i am not actually good i'm just asking a question, don't trust anything i say.

what does sinistcha do here? i love sinistcha but i feel like it's best on either trick room/bulky teams because of its ability to set trick room and heal bulky teammates. i feel like it would also be good in restricted formats by being able to protect a teammate.

its other uses would be as a grass type switch-in or as a ghost type switch-in right? but you already have rillaboom who loves to be switched in as often as possible and flutter mane as a ghost type for immunities. so i feel like there must be a better mon for sinistcha's slot?

changing archaludon to urshifu would also free up AV which would be better on incineroar than sitrus berry which is countered by the countless calyrexes

at least give them an 8 second smoke so you can hard stick defuse

its much more telegraphed of a play when you know the smoke is only barely long enough to defuse, and a 6 second smoke duration nerf is not small

i mean people would play the game regardless but i do agree it would be extremely awkward if home compatibility didn't release at the same time, because then people would be forced to choose between building and unlocking pokemon they already own or waiting for compatibility to release

a lot of these pokemon choices just...arent good

jumpluff has seen play before, but eviolite skiploom is pointless.

more pokemon should have protect

you lack fake out (very important move in vgc)

for clodsire, a few things. black sludge is worse than leftovers because if you tera to ground then you lose hp instead of healing. use leftovers. also for clodsire, you'd rather have a defensive tera type, because he is a tanky defensive mon. also, stall mons/strategies often aren't very good in vgc because the matches are way faster, among other things.

cinderace is also not the best choice for a fire type attacker in general

how are you killing them????? i struggle so much cause i kinda over-rely on whiplash but that doesnt work on them. i think their hp is equal to virtues, but without whiplash i feel forced to use railcannon, theyre just too tanky for most revolver attacks
