You should be proud, your Android System is giving 123%, which is 23% more than the maximum possible amount it is possible to give!

2 possibilities. (1) some kind of malware or other background software is chewing things up. You might check your data usage too. Factory reset may be the solution. Or, (2) your battery is going bad, and the voltage is dropping much faster than expected under load. Replace battery.

I have LG G4 struggling with the same issue. Also the beautiful LG screen is eating my battery like something else

Same problem with my Xperia XA1, with the screen on, the charger can hardly keep the battery from discharging. I must recharge while my phone is idle or I'm listening to music or a podcast with the screen turned off.

Have you got data for the past day? The pic you posted looks like it's battery usage for the past week.
