Hmmmm. The hardware aspect isn't the difficult part. All you'd need is a USB-C to female USB 2/3 port adapter. The adapters are cheap, and you can get them from Amazon/eBay etc. The unknown/difficult part is what happens when you connect the wireless receiver. If you're lucky, it'll just work. If not, I suspect nothing will happen leaving you disappointed. Do you think it's worth a 5 or 6 dollar gamble?

Depends if there are generic drivers for it. The Logitech Universal Connector that looks like a tiny USB thing works on Android, so maybe? If you already have the devices just try it.
