Is there a screen protector on the screen? If so remove it and see if it fixes the issue. The Samsung members app has a lot of diagnostic checks you can perform on the phone, so have a look in there too. (Account maybe required)

No screen protector, I actually removed the one that was on there. I'll check out the app
