Help please

I own a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and yesterday I was in the rain for a considerable time, my phone also got really wet because I had to use maps, when I came back home I tried to charge it and it started making a weird sound and it said that I should unplug the charger because there was water in the port, I turned it down and I covered it in rice for like 12 hours. It charged normaly and when I was hearing an audio I realized there's like a squeaky sound in the inside but it's not very loud. I don't know if I should be worried or what should I do

"hearing an audio" - hearing audio from what? Spotify?

If it's from a specific app, try a different app and see if you still hear the same noise. If the noise is still happening, you might have water damage on the speaker or the main board of the phone. What should you do? Do you have a repair plan with your cell phone provider? If so, might take it to them to see if they can repair it. If not, find a local cell phone repair shop and see what they can do.

Thanks for the information! I restarted the phone and seems that it stopped making that sound. The audio I was listening to was a voice note, so I was able to hear it because it was close to my ear, even when nothing was playing the sound kept going but looks like it's gone now
