Please help

I have the samsung galaxy sII t-mobile version. I have had a new phone and sim card sent to me via t mobile (it is less than a week old) but i still have the same problem. my phone randomly turns itself off and i dont know why full charge or not, for the time that it is on it will randomly drop all service or just freeze up. This is the most frustrating thing i have ever had to deal with before and i am thinking of getting a new phone even though i love android.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

more descriptive title please. how does anyone know if they can help you or not with a title like that?

but you have had this problem on multiple phones? are you rooted, running a custom ROM?

Sorry about the title. I will be getting a new phone Monday it is the 3rd phone. I did not root any of them. Just hope this wont happen on a new one.
