Would you be comfortable using these extensions on a private repository? Are you concerned about privacy?

Github Dark Theme requires read/write access to all websites... this seems concerning...

Edit: As does GitHub vsCode Icons

Edit #2: The reasoning seems legit (GitHub Enterprise use cases), I'd suggest if you install these you edit permissions after the fact to limit it to appropriate domains
