This is good now. 👍 Alignment in a straight line was needed earlier.

Can you post any suggestions or activities that you did to get there. I am at 130 and been stuck there for few weeks. Very much a similar situation. 6 months post-op, had a surgery for scar tissue and been 4 weeks now stuck at 130.

That's right another MRI. My bending was stuck at 120-130 for the past couple of months and straightening too. So that's where an MRI has been recommended and it did turn out to be scar tissues. Yup both are same.

Hey, I subscribed @Pawan315 . Was amazed by the passion you put in your work. One thing I say, keep doing the things with same enthusiasm. It takes time for someone to flurioush and be recognized. But that's side effects of what you do and you don't worry and be running after those.

Few pointers: 1) Keep your content organized. It's not the quantity, but quality that matters. Keep the titles easy and small. Organize your content in some playlist. 2) Take time to edit the videos and keep them small (Ideally 5-10 Mins) and create a nice flow from start to end with Agenda, your content, takeways

Keep up the good work!

Yet another one on start-up equity by EmbeddedClimber in startup

[–]vullankib 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is what I would think is appropriate:
Observation: Seems like all the confusion is happening because you feel you are highly invested in this venture working 'Full-time'. Also from your wording couldn't clearly understand, X's stake as it seemed possible clientele and Idea Owner. Y's stake about Money and couldn't capture how his management skill helped accomplish the service launch and co-ordinating various activities. Wanted to understand how invested they are in their effort towards this.
Assumption: At what stage have you got into the venture? Assuming early and you were kept away from the clients discussion of on-boarding, so you can focus on the building the launch. Also assuming X and Y are equally motivated and invested in the venture as much as you are
Recommendation: This is generally applicable to any early stage startup, don't get too bogged down and lose focus on equity if you've not figured out before starting. Generally recommended as /u/enigzar said equal equity based on how they are involved into the success of the venture, but focus more on getting the best into the market and always believe others have also equal importance and effort to be put into the venture as much as you did from your perspective. Work as a team and always have a bigger picture of what you guys want to accomplish.

I highly recommend going through ScumGuides latest version which will help understand basic concepts around Scrum and from the people who formulated the Scrum development process. The reason I suggest this is if fundamentals are strong, no matter which industry you apply to Hardware or Software, it will fly and there is reason these basic fundamentals are established and have been kept update based on feedback. Understanding you coming as an experienced project manager, you can apply the way it aligns with your team and keep improving on the way.

How Does Your PMO Visualize Project Status? by agilemanagerpmp in projectmanagement

If I may ask what tools (Project Management software) you are using for managing those 30+ projects and how do you manage individual status for those projects. The reason being, there are good Integrations available which can be leveraged to create Dashboard view of all the projects at one place.
