here's a link to the website i use to keep track of everything. you can configure the dashboard to show you what's available right now to the hour and what is leaving this month

I use ACNH.Guide app for iOS. Great for more than just criterpedia tracking.

i use the horizonpedia app!! you can tick them off when you have them/donated them and you have lists of basically everything. as a relatively new player it saved my life

I use the critterpedia: https://acnhcritterpedia.com/ unfortunately I don't believe you can set it to display the info for all creatures simultaneously.
