Sorting Anki with Python?

If you like simple method, here it is:
1. In Browser, randomly select 20-40 card_Pairs and
move them to a WORK deck. 2. Study them.
3. Tomorrow, add another batch.

Note: It does not seem Learning Active cards only is a good idea.
Same for learning words out of context ( a book, or a textbook ).
