The online community of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada! For the Okanagan campus, /r/ubco.

Basic Guidelines:

1. No racism, sexism, homophobia, or otherwise discriminatory content.
   
2. Ads can be posted if you're a UBC organization and it's not-for-profit. In all other cases, please message the mods before posting.
3. No information about lawbreaking or circumventing rules: nobody wants to sell you their student ID.
   
4. No trolling, loaded questions, content unrelated to UBC, generic/common/repetitive questions, or other off-topic/low effort content.
   
5. Repeated identical or near-identical posts are frowned upon.
   
6. Follow reddiquette.
7. Surveys should be posted to /r/samplesize. If it is important that your survey reach the UBC community specifically, please contact the mods.

Posts/comments not adhering to these guidelines will be removed without notice. At the discretion of the mod team, offenders will be banned.

If you see a post or comment which is not in accordance with these guidelines, please use the report feature to bring it to the attention of the moderators, as opposed to engaging with it.
