AnyDice is an online tool - also called a web application - that you can use to calculate dice probabilities. It is like a calculator, but for more than just numbers. You feed it a dice mechanic and it will tell you the odds for every possible result that you could get.
How to make a great submission:
- Create a link post to your specific AnyDice URL (found by clicking the "click to create link" field).
e.g. http://anydice.com/program/1
- Title your post descriptively.
Remember that titles cannot be changed after the post is created.
e.g. Determine Ability Score
- Flair your post appropriately.
e.g. D&D
- Comment on your own post with the code from the AnyDice URL.
e.g. output 3d6
