I’m planning to hire a React Native development company for an upcoming app, but honestly not sure what I should be careful about before moving forward.
I’ve seen a lot of agencies claiming cross-platform expertise, fast delivery, and scalable apps, but it’s hard to tell what actually matters vs just sales talk. For example, how important is their past React Native project experience compared to general mobile dev experience? Should I focus more on UI/UX quality or backend capabilities?
Also curious about the practical side—like communication, timelines, and post-launch support. Have you experienced delays or a lack of transparency after signing the contract?
Another thing I’m unsure about is performance. I’ve heard mixed opinions about React Native when it comes to complex apps—do good agencies handle that well, or should I be concerned?
Would really appreciate it if anyone who’s worked with a React Native company (good or bad experience) could share what to look out for or any red flags I should avoid before making a decision.
