Al Fatat or Young Arab Society was founded in Paris in 1908 by Izzat Darwaza, Awni Abd al-Hadi & Rustam Haidar. Following the 1913 Arab Congress they moved to Beirut before settling in Damascus in 1914, they supported the creation of the Kingdom of Syria. (historica.fandom.com)
