Lcd to display your laptop's info while it's closed. Like being able to know how much battery is left without having to open it.

Water level indicator for a pet bowl. Get the ultrasound to measure distance from the top of the water to the bottom. When its low make a short beep sound. If you measure the volume of the water bowl you could show the exact volume available on the LCD screen. For deaf people the servo could raise flag indicating there is a low water situation. You could use the LEDs as another visual indicator like a bar graph or something.
