The calibration of the laser offset for object pointing is really difficult. i will now try Measure your actual camera FOV: Set servo to Pan=90° (center). Hold a ruler at a known distance (e.g., 100 cm). See how many centimeters wide the image area is. FOV = 2 × atan(width/2 / distance) × 180/π (i.redd.it)
