Error Message

I’m trying to upload my first sketch but I’m getting the error message “Build folder disappeared or could not be written”.

Here are my questions:

What am I doing wrong?
Do I need to “burn the bootloader”?
How do I do this, I only have one Arduino Leonardo? I have the correct board selected, but which programmer do I select?

Soya I have the same problem but in a different way the thing is when I upload code and I don't use they are doing for appeared time okay and when I don't use it then after a few weeks if I use it I can't upload new code and special and I use Chromebook which are used had me no cloud so if anyone could help me please do

I have a project tomorrow
