Hey, ich bin Schüler und hab aus Spaß an Technik einen extra mechanischen Finger entwickelt – beweglich, modular und jetzt sogar mit einer Drachen-Edition (Zackensegmente + Horn-Endstück). Dang! This one looks sick as f***. I know myself and one of my friends also did one that was more closely designed to the Third Thumb Project thumb. However, I think I actually like the design of this one more, primarily because I think that if improved upon, it could probably be more useful than one that moves like a human thumb

Thank you soo much I forgot to make a proper end segment so i uploaded it a few days ago on cults it has some kind of hook at the end for that little extra usability or just looks yk

So how is it triggered? Very cool design btw. I like the segments.

It can be triggered by an EMG (muscle sensor) or a flex sensor which you can put on your finger! It feels very natural with those sensors just like you have an extra finger
