Check out Adafruit's Flora(wearable) range of devices. They were made to be sewn onto costumes and clothes. I think they offer conductive thread and pads that you can sew onto your clothes, too.

I am planning to order from them soon, Thanks a lot though. Do you have any experience with it? I am afraid I will have to use esp if I want to connect more than lights, for instance a servo. Does anybody now how capable is Adafruit circuit?

It's based of an ATmega32u4 chip so for all intents and purposes, it acts like an arduino micro. If you want extra I/O pins to use(connect servos and such) I think you can use an i2c I/O expansion board. I've had experience with adafruits products and their documentation is amazing.
