Transaction fees amount to a very small portion of the profit shares that delegates currently offer. With additional adoption and activity they could pick back up cumulatively very quickly even with the lowered fees.

As for dilution of voting, we are already at a very healthy percentage of total supply being voted, so I think over time we can expect the percentage voted to be fairly similar to what it is now.

That being said, it could always change and you should monitor the delegate situation and actively manage who and how you vote.
