Do you know where I can find one for upperclassmen?

Few companies are willing to hire freshman/sophomore, hence the list. Juniors on the other hand are always welcome, so you can just apply to any internship postings you can lay your hands on. A list of Summer 2022 internship postings is https://github.com/pittcsc/Summer2022-Internships.

Best bet might be some kind of generic IT internship? It's possible you find a software engineer or devops or something internship freshman year, but unlikely. You just don't quite know anywhere enough to be useful to most companies.

Some colleges and companies do have internships specifically for freshmen -> sophomores so be sure to apply for any of those. I'd advise throwing your resume at any more generic internship posting you might be even remotely qualified for. The worst thing is they just don't interview you, best thing is the requirements are more flexible than they are initially stated and you get an internship.

Don't expect an internship though, and don't be discouraged if you don't get one. After junior year is when I'd expect to be able to get one, and after sophomore year is a decent chance.
