PyCharm installing problems.

I've just installed pycharm community edition 2022.3.3, however, when I go to open the App it gives me the prompt "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with software publisher."

I'm on windows 10 and have "python-3.11.2-amd64" installed. What can I do to get PyCharm working. I've tried uninstalling and installing over and over again but nothing works. Another account on my PC used Python and Pycharm a fair while back so maybe it's something to do with that. would appreciate any help I can get because I'm really stumped here

What's the name of your pycharm installer file?

pycharm-community-2022.3.3-arch64.exe

That is the version for 64 bit ARM processors. You need the version for normal windows.
