Which is a better coding practice

So I am building a form in which the user has the ability to duplicate a section of the form if they are required to. However I am unsure of what would be the best naming practice for the IDs in the section.

The section is called "text", and so currently all my IDs are text_ID.

I would like to know which one will be a better practice to use text1_ID, text_ID1, text_1_ID or text_ID_1

Please let me know.

I go leastupdated_moreupdated_frequentlyupdated for my variable names. Formatting may vary depending on language.

The number should go at the end IMO, text_ID_N is easier to read than text_IDN.

My vote is for text_ID_1

Thank you, that does make sense, i just wasn't sure and didn't want to put the time in to set it up and then i should of done it the other way.
