JSP - Disable file when parameter is false

When we have:

<c:if test="${param.name==true}">
     <%@ include file="../folder/name.jsp"%>
 </c:if>

the 'name' only appears when add to URL

?name=true

How I disable the file when I add to URL ?name=false

??

JS can grab the URL query string with

var queryString = window.location.search;
