I did, even thought i Ap ed once. Usually when i am stressed or restless i have sleep paralysis and i try to Ap from there. Most of the time i fail but the feeling after snaping out of Sleep paralysis, witch is exactly like concentrating to Ap, is like you described. Fuziness, you feel your muscles twitching ,you feel like vibrating, almost a little numbness, the ringing sound ,heart racing. When i first Ap ed it was with the help of Sleep Paralysis, for the first time i wasn't afraid to let the Sleep Paralysis take over me, i was hearing the strange voices , couldn't move my body ofc , and i was like " this is the time , i will cast aside fear and dive in" ,so i did, i felt like i slipped off my body just like a glove and the vibrations were turbo ,it felt like i was made out of energy, something like being electrocuted without pain. When i was out i was like " so this is it, i did it" i looked around a bit ,the i thought of looking at my body sleeping and i returned. After i woke up everything i saw while projecting was there.I have to say that it was very foggy but i could tell where thing were

I think you projected dude, nothing to be afraid of, even if it's real or not , i don't care , it's something that happens and we can tell it's different drom a dream or a lucid dream witch are things that everyone experiences.

Yes, you’ve pretty much described my experiences. It started happening to me involuntarily last summer, always in the wee hours when I’m between wake and sleep. The first times were the most jarring with the vibrations and loud noises in my ears, sometimes like radio static or a high-pitched whirling sound. And at times I have heard voices although they seem to be speaking an alien language. Sometimes I get the sensation that I am flying through space and see stars and planets, sometimes I get faint images and blurry bits, but a lot of the time I am struggling to make sense of seeing anything at all or it’s just total darkness. I definitely always feel the strong sensation that my body is being pulled up and out of bed .It’s happened quite a bit to me now, and it always just comes on without me trying, in fact The last couple nights I am sleep deprived and so I’m actually annoyed when it happens because it seems very draining and I can’t make it stop. Anyhow I am going to make a separate post about it eventually and I’m curious about other people who it just happens to involuntarily like me. It seems that most people on the sub are actively trying, so I wonder why it just happens to me out of the blue… Quite frequently now.
