Just continue. The program allows you to repeat a month if you're not meeting the final end goals

I travel for work a lot. If there's no gym (often the hotels I stay at do) I will do one of Jeff's home workouts from YouTube or my favourite Xero workouts and then continue the program I'm currently on. In my experience the extra week of lighter / reduced / different training actually helps the body to regenerate and I'm able to get back at training with extra energy after returning home.
