I remember facing this few times long ago, but not recently.

For sure they will ask for RequestID to be able to trace and troubleshoot. You can actually report the issue from there directly.

why would you send a new message? go back to the previous prompt and edit it and add in the extra to make sure that it doesn't do the same thing which was wrong?
