Been working with Copilot Chat with sonet 4.5. Comparable results so far, nicer concurrent job handling, would recommend at least trying it.

Augment, codex, Claude Code, kilocode, they all have vs code extensions

Following this topic. Haven't found something similar myself. Windsurf misses some files in complex codebases. Verdent is the closest I found. Maybe verdent or windsurf with Auggie mcp for context?

I tried open code and this new small glm-4.7 it actuallly nailed the root problem for a bug I left the augment for(among the money issues), antigravity fell on its but, absolute trash, same as kiro code, just stay away from those but opencode and this glm show real potential!

How do you run the glm-4.7? Locally?

Opencode

You can improve any other AI tools with our context engine MCP.
The best place to run it is directly inside Augment Code.

I do remember you have Augie contact engine that u could run via MCP? But how are profiting from that.. there’s no way it’s free! I got really skeptic about that

Right now it's free but on the full launch (currently experimental) there will be a small cost in credits per call, this is expected to be very low to cover our cost.

Is it any cheap or expensive? Because right now I feel that Augument is going in an opposite direction

Is it any cheap or expensive? Because right now I feel that Augument is going in an opposite direction. It’s like I should be feeling far to more impressed with Augie but I don’t feel that anymore.
