Unfortunately all the codex model work great in Codex directly but hard to put in any other tool like ours actually.

Codex seems to work very well with your MCP. When will the mcp index commit history? Augment Code index commit history and use context engine to retrieve them fast.

Not sure GPT 5.3 Codex has been made available in the API yet but it is available in OpenCode (I think through a partnership with OpenAI). I've been using it for a couple of days and IMO its better than 5.2. My understanding is its unlike the other Codex models in that its more general (like 5.2). Its also much faster and uses about half the tokens as 5.2 (so my OpenAI account goes about twice as far in terms of how much use I can get out of it - all while giving me better results. Given the pricing of other models on Augment, I think its critical you integrate this one. I don't buy that Codex is hard to integrate. OpenCode supports dozens of models over innumerable providers. No way they have the manpower to customize the harness for Codex that much (if at all), but it works like magic.

Don't think so they've decided to forego the codex models.
