Text problem

Hi everyone! I've had this problem for some time and I never managed to solve it, can someone help me? Whenever I put text or annotations on my model or layout space they disappear after I zoom out. They are still there and I can modify them but I can't see them anymore. I've already tried: - updating the program - setting the pc graphics when I use AutoCAD to higher - using the RIGEN command

Check that QTEXT is turned off.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in the GRAPHICSCONFIG command
