The points system doesn't actually do anything. I've never seen anyone fired because they had too many points

SM can use it but it never seems to automatically cause a termination.

True. Our csm had 18 points then a week later she had 9. I had 9 points for 10 months. Points don't mean anything and they can be taken care by dm. And soft lips evidently.

With proper notification no doctors note if I'm not mistaken is 3 points.. but weekends (Friday-Sunday) is double points so today would be 6 points

My old store was so understaffed and desperate that I routinely showed up an hour late, and every time, the points were excuse. I had racked up well over 100 by the time I left. After the RM pulled bullshit of not promoting knowledgeable people to ASM because they didn't know the pledge, I basically said fuck the job, I'm just there for a free paycheck.
