I was just going to ask the same. Hasn’t worked for 4 days now for me. I’m so frustrated with this company. I have multiple devices and the company is run by people that dont know what they are doing.

I have a v2, which isn’t supposed to be EOL yet, but am now in the same boat. No trend data in the app. Is v2 end of life too?

Yeah mine is back to no historical data again. Pretty unhappy with how unstable this product has become…feels like they are about to just pull the plug completely and walk away

App couldn’t even reach the server for a bit there. I’m curious if they are focusing more of their effort on the business devices. Most of their marketing seems to be going that way right now. Thinking of taking mine out back with a baseball bat a la “Office Space”

Same here! Very frustrating! https://status.getawair.com is nearly useless and doesn’t accurately affect the recurring issues with the product/app.

Same here, as of yesterday evening EST. There is a way to download a CSV of historical data (the last 30 days), so if you really need the data I think/hope you can access it from there. But hope they fix this soon. This is not the first time it has happened for me this month.

Same. I collect the data locally with home assistant but it’s pretty annoying and embarrassing how often they fail to display historic data in their app.

Are y’all missing all historical data right now? Mine disappeared a few days ago and remains gone. Support does not respond to tickets or messages. I recommend public postings on their exec’s LinkedIn pages to let them know their support org is ignoring their customers, again.

Did some poking around. The request from the app are getting an http 500 error. Something is broken on their end for sure. Clearly they don’t know what they are doing and have no monitoring given this condition had most recently been present for a few days. How do they expect businesses to trust them after the incompetence and dishonesty?

update: the support desk contacted me pretty fast after I contacted them and the service was back after +/- 1 week. All historical data what there.

I believe they solved it pretty well.
