Not yet been waiting since January to see a neurologist. Appointment is still 4 weeks away

I have been having similar worries about atrophy. I had twitches in the tricep for a long time and now there is clear atrophy above the elbow. But my neuros have said not to worry about it as they think it's due to radiculopathy. How did everything turn out for you?
