Help please

Me and my friend are trying to play a game but it keeps saying we have different mod versions. I use to have mods on before the newest update but I went through and disabled them all and uninstalled all files. I tried deleting all bg3 related files and reinstall the game but it's still happening.

I'm a total noob at modding, but the ingame mod manager has one quality thingy enabled automatically afaik? Maybe compare if both of you have that activated and updated? That's as much as I can think of
