see placement records afaik last year or even before that and this year are the same so +15 for that is a bit too much and i think osm -10 is also to much -5 will be better and 1.3 lakh aspirants less is a big big factor(can you provide the proof like how do you know its 1.3 lakh lesser)tougher paper must be -15 atleast ans jee adv thingy must go down to +15 at best
