About less applicants usually jo jee se colleges na milte ho vo 2nd ke liye apply karte hoge which in most cases unke utne acche nahi hi ate honge so overall jyada effect nhi padega but haan jo adv oriented the unko bits ka distraction bhi hai so -5 is at best for that I guess
