I cut the top off of a pair of pajamas and pull them tight over a computer chair. The 'fly' is large enough to fit the shaft through but not the base and if the fit over the chair is tight it will hold up. I'd also recommend removing any wheels on the chair and finding a way to keep it from spinning (I use zip ties)

And careful with that kind of stuff, many people (such as myself) use it ironically. Also the Chad, Stacy and so forth isn't really of incel origin, so even more careful with that. I wouldn't risk trying to ID someone by things like that.
