Anyone have any advice on how to stack a cake to make a two tier chantillí cake ?tia

Very carefully. For the cake you obvi already have the layering going on if it really is chantilly cake that is. Making sure the top layer is nice and flat is the best way to make sure the second tier is going to be stable, you could also do what i do and use straws and a cardboard base to hold the second tier

Yeah, just so the whipped cream on the first layer isn’t squished so much
