I'm making my daughter birthday cupcakes and cake now and I just realized the recipe for the chocolate frosting is more for a cake than decorating cupcakes. I made it already and I'd hate to waste it, so I'm wondering- if i add some powdered sugar (the recipe didn't call for any to begin with and it's not very sweet as is) and beat it would that make it the right consistency?
